that's a big OUCH. this is why i am a huge believer in the 3rd brakelight on a coupe ... and the upgraded brake lights from Mo Brighta ... increase the rear visibility of being stopped.
All things considered, I'd rather fix that then a bunch of rust. Signs of previous damage (filler) but not much sign of rust. Salvage title.
Must be filler, paint doesn’t just fall off of the tail panel!
