For sure I would stand guard...four door pick-up truck. If I could only count the dings on my old 'Benz that are way up on the belt line, makes me crazy when a new one is discovered.
The by-product of the SUV craze. Huge vehicles...but did they make the parking slots bigger to accommodate? Seems to me that an old Subie with a trailer hitch and the occasional day rent on a U-haul trailer for dump runs, etc. makes more sense than the price of a new pick-up that only rarely gets used for it's purpose. Don't get me started.
sfdon just finished a car, 7 series turbo, for his own enjoyment. Rear ended on her nearly maiden voyage.
I guess at the end of the day...only a car. But the amount of time, money, and pride we put into our machines only to be taken out by a texting idiot...quote the dyslexic agnostic...
