I messaged the seller, he sent me some more pics. It has rust bubbles in front of the sunroof, and on both lower front fenders in front of the doors. I asked him for pics with the rocker covers removed and he never got back to me.
Most sellers aren’t going to remove rocker covers, a lot of work to find something they wish they didn’t know about.

Right. He did tell me he would, and then never got back to me.
But when you have areas of rust already showing in places that are hard to repair, like the fenders and sunroof - I guess your only options are remove the rocker covers and hope they look ok so you can convince a buyer the rust isn’t structural… or wait and hope a buyer who doesn’t know any better comes along
