These look brand new inside and out, no plastic riser base, just lamp and rubber base, $20 plus shipping. Selling for a friend.

Sorry for the lack of response. I was offline for a few days dealing with a few unexpected issues. I apologize for the lack of response--it is not my style to not communicate typically but I had more pressing issues to deal with.

I realize the lights are sold and it is my loss and i take full responsibility for it. I am sorry for the inconvenience.
