I’m guessing seller knows the VIN puts a ceiling on the car’s value, & that’s why he’s selling it on CL w/o sprucing it up a bit & fixing some of the low-hanging fruit.
 
It looks like a really honest listing. The description is an inspirational example of good copy for a used car listing imho. :cool: Seems like a decent car for the price, too - despite its stated inconsistencies.?.
 
Retracting some kudos. I didn't notice until Restart's posting that the CL pic is not the same as the Google Drive pics and must have been from many years ago. Here's the current state:

This car started life as a CSI. It has the airbox bracket, and more importantly, the d-jet hole in the passenger frame rail.
