'73 E9 3.0cs in Mendocino, CA

"all work done by Rick@northbaybavarian over the last 12 yrs.".

Rick is extremely knowledgeable and is a long time coupe owner himself. If this car was in his care for that long, that is a very serious positive

if you spent 70k on work on a coupe and you just swapped in a b35 (no indication of rebuild), swapping in a 5 speed makes sense. i have asked what the VIN is ... that will tell us how it was born

I've known Rick at NBB since I was a little kid and has worked on many cars of mine and my families for years and years. My sister owns a Colorado Tii that was his personal car and it is insane. This looks like a steal. Nice climate too in Booneville. It is way inland from Mendocino, hot and dry, not by the ocean. So if kept indoors, this should be in great shape. Also, love the color ;).

Interesting fact:

I doubt there is a Google translator for Boontling but cool little area (just remember where you are and you are NOT a local), used to hunt there as a kid. I.e.- Don't mess with the locals. Really a good motto for most places.

And many of you on here most likely have sipped on an Anderson Valley Beer from Anderson Valley Brewing over the years. Great drive from Sonoma County, through Boonville to Mendocino. CHECK IT OUT someday.

+1 for visiting the area. Great roads and scenery....and brews and wines.
Will be coupin through in a couple weeks.

Nice looking car. GLWS!

fyi - this coupe sold and is on its way to the Seattle area. keep your eyes open. hopefully they will find us here on e9coupe

the VIN on this coupe is 2250535 and has been added to the ancestry project. its 2nd owner was in San Francisco and owned it from 1975 to 2014 +/-
