White 1974 E9 3.0cs auto, all work done within the last 2 years, engine rebuild, rebuild dual Webbers (9.5 out of 10 times starts at first crank), tranny rebuild, new Blisten HD’s, tie rods, front end bushings, wheel bearings, Rondel 16 rims, H1-H4 headlights, rear seats reupholstered (new horse hair and leather, cost over $2K), front seats (aftermarket, schel, I know misspeled, look alike), all power windows & sunroof work (passenger front slow), dash pad recovered in alcantara, Nardi wood steering wheel, new paint (good, not show), side markers removed and holes welded, bumpers removed and holes welded, decent tool box with tools. The car is a great daily driver, not a show car, on a scale of 1 being a junk parts car and 10 being a show car I would say this is a 7.5 . No major rust (some in spare wheel well and some driver floor board), does burn some oil (as most vintage BMW’s), very reliable.
Issues, the power steering does have a small oil leak, the front wheel bearings need to be adjusted (normal, once you install new ones, sometime after installation they would need adjustment), alos one of the front calipers needs rebuild (in hard braking initially will pull to one side, second hard braking is OK). For all those newbies it’s a 38 year old car.
Email if interested, can be seen in Pasadena, CA. Will ebay if no takers. I’m out of town and have limited pics and the ones I have are over 97.7KB won't let me upload, will post more in few days. Only if you are in the market for an e9 email me and I will see if I can send them as an attachment, if just curious ck out the gallary section I am sure they have alot nicer e9 pics in there. Can call 626-372-1340 to see. Asking $15K

For years I have noticed this car just about every time I am in Pasadena,
so often that when in town I would always look for it! How much you asking?

As far as more info, I kinda wrote everything, here is my brother's email feel free to email him [email protected] . His shop has done all the work Euro Motor Group. I've asked him to post pics, the more he is buged the sooner he will do it. I am out of town.

I have had the car for about 6-7 years, can't remember, not my first E9 so I knew what to look for. I still have original front seats, will go with the car, shot of course. Have done all front end work, drives straight, I think control arms were changed also not sure if i mentioned it. After paint the felt on the sunroof sticks a bit. Rear driver window needs to be tightened, shakes a bit when half way down. Hood lach needs adjusting. Have removed the hood thingy that holds it up, have it but never reinstalled it, its pain in the ____ to do it. I'm sure there are some other minor issue, its a solid car, again my brothers have a shop in Pasadena speciallising on BMWs. My daily driver, selling it cause havn't worked for two years otherwise wouldn't sell it.

Considering I'm somewhat bias I think it will best if someone close by can check it out and give an unbiased opinion. Oh, it will do 115mph, not bad for a 38yr old car. Body in good shape, mechanical in good shape.

Have most if not all hard parts for 5 spd conversion (not the center counsel), will work out a deal if somone wanted it with the car (not interested in selling it alone).
