It is known for it’s stylish looks and famous because of Alexander Calder’s CSL BMW Art Car that ran in the 24 Hour Le Mans race. This 3.0 was imported from Italy into California in 1984 and has had only a few owners in it’s life time, always taken care of.

Forge Blue? Seriously? If the seller used the correct names and dropped those hideous wheels (I don't even like those on the five series), he could probably increase his sale price. Other than the wheels, it looks like a solid coupe.
