http://sfbay.craigslist.org/sby/pts/1549918248.html 82 E28 M20 528e came with a getrag 265 gearbox, you just have to use a different bell housing than the one that's on the M20. It's a perfect donor car to convert your 4 speed or automatic E3/E9/E12/E24 to a 5 speed. 82 E28's also came with 14" BBS basketweave wheels, can't tell by the pic if they are still on the car. Another bonus (so I've been told) is that you want to use you want to use a M30 bell housing that has late slave cyl. The 85 535/635 also has the 265, but not the 85 528e. Confusing enough? If you are parting the 82 528e the M20/265 bellhousing has some value as does the flywheel, it is the same as the euro 323i M20 flywheel plus it has the timing nubs, weighs 13 lbs...
