A BMW / Fiat crossover???

Was surfing thru ebay tonight and ran acroos this. Something looks vaguely familiar. Must be really rare. Pricey.

I have not seen this model Fiat before... Have a look! Also attached a pic pulled from ebay.

Some amazing similarities to our coupes. A seven year production run and this is the first one I have ever seen. Except the nose!

Passer grab handle and foot prop are great. Practical feature for mtn/spirited driving etc.

Did BMW ever offer a passenger foot prop?
Anyone know of a period mfg who made one as an accessory?

I believe some of the Fiat models were designed by the same designer and some of those Fiat coupes bare a close similarities to the E9. the Fiate 124 sport looks very close to the E9.

yes, it has been previously discussed, i do not remember who he was, but in the team of designers that created the e9, there was bertone or one of his guys, all started with the 3200 bertone model

I personally like this one and it reminds me of the E9. My dad had one years ago and it was a fun car to drive.
