Hello everyone,
My first post here, hope you don't mind that my car is an E3 (3.0 Si from 1972) and not an E9, but since there is not that much difference technicaly, and there is not a really active E3 forum, this forum is one of my main sources of info. And a good one it is too!
i spend the last few weeks going through all the old threads, a lot of which i have found to be very helpful, but I do have one request:
I will be retrofitting an original a/c system soon, combined with modern r134 compatible compressor and condensor, and need a wiring diagram of the a/c system.
Never mind if it's for an E3 or an E9, as i doubt there will be much difference.
Unfortunately my Haynes manual electric diagrams do not cover the a/c. I need the diagram to tell the breaker which parts of the wiring he needs to add to the list of a/c parts, and to get a general understanding of it myself.
Also, does anybody know if the a/c wiring is already in the loom, or are there connectors already in the loom, or is the wiring loom for a/c cars completely different?
Thanks for your help guys!
Roger
