How do you come up with these without checking every Craigslist?

I thought there just had to be someone out there who had developed something to search CL nationwide or statewide so I spent some time googling. I came up with several websites and apps that allow you to do all manner of searches. Here is just one of them: http://www.searchtempest.com/ You might do well to search for others...

How do you come up with these without checking every Craigslist?

Its probably more simple than you thought. Google.com > search "bmw 3.0cs craigslist". I've gotten ads within 15 minutes after they were posted that way.
