It's with a heavy heart that I announce the passing of my nine Inch 'Makita' angle grinder in the early hours of this morning after a short illness.
Always willing and keen to take on any job (no matter that the neighbours thought), 'Mak' passed doing what she loved. Attempting to cut through the chassis rail of an E3. The precise cause of death is still unknown but roughly halfway through the job she accelerated to to probably 50 per cent above normal speed, emitted a final shower of sparks and acrid smoke from from her motor housing before literally dying in my hands.
You were always there for me. Who can forget when we cut our first E9 fender all those years ago....
No flowers please, donation's can be made to my CSL resto fund
