A non coupe inspiration

odd though...

...after all that work, the carpet and interior look almost an afterthought. I'm surprised at the condition of the carpet after what is presumably very limited use.

hmmm

To me, some of the parts choices are a little odd.

He's using high end fabrication techniques for the frame and suspension to make something that is very different from the original. The he adds a handmade aluminum body. He's using a big block motor.

I'm okay with it so far, but then of all things in this day and age he puts a CARBURETOR on it. What's up with that? Almost any damn fool can go online and choose from perhaps a dozen programmable fuel injection systems of varying complexity and capability. Why oh why a carb, which is just a barely controlled leak? With all the differences and "improvements" from the original this is unsupportable. To me. But I'm not one of his customers, so how would I know what Larry Ellison and his ilk want?
