a very cool vintage BMW / Alpina

this is a 323i that was transformed by Alpina into an Alpina C1. very few 323i were turned into C1 by Alpina, some say 15 some say 25, most were sold as kits for transformation. this 2.3L 6 turned out 170 hp. this is a very nice cypress green version

If one were to want an E21 this is the one to get!
The 323i was properly powered compared to a stock 4cyl 320i & easy to modify by Alpina & Hartge. Recall either Chas DeFatta or Hans Collenbrander had a Hartge 323i in Pittsburgh when I was in college.
