Adam Coralla's CSL

Howdy Coupers,

Was watching SPEED's 'The Car Show' and it gave a tour of host's Adam Carolla's garage. In with his Datsuns and early Lambos (he has a personal favorite, a 3500GT), he is building a Black CSL Bat racer. Looks a lot like the Rogue/Cuffy car. He is waiting for the motor to be completed. Not much time air spent on the CSL.

Anyone know if its a real deal or tribute etc?

I was watching something more pedestrian, the season premiere of NCSI L.A. that takes the team to Romania as part of the plot, into a garage full of presumably old Euro cars from 70s and 80s somehow typical of Romania.

Only thing is that some of the cars have bumpers and side reflectors mandated by US...
There is BMW 2002 I think in one corner.

When Carolla described his coupe he said, this is a 73 BMW CSL 2.0 that's been enlarged to a 3.5. Did I miss something, 2.0?
