Adaptor nut camshaft

as i understood i can change my '86 head to the old style dizzy with the cover and a adaptor nut on the camshaft for the extra dizzy gear …. I have the cover but is this adaptor nut a oem # or aftermarket item ? gear oem or aftermarket ?
