Howdy folks, I have adjusted the automatic choke of my front carb according to manual. I adjusted the choke flap clearance to 3mm NO problem. When I tried to do the same with the rear carbs choke flap I could not adjust the flap more than 2mm. I replaced both rods/diaphragms with new units. When I push the rod upwards the actuating lever hits the stop lever and will not allow the choke flap to open more. The only thing I can think of is that the stop peg on the lever is bent a tad and hits the stop lever to early. I moved the adjusting screw on the triangular thingy to no avail. As I mentioned I managed to adjust front carb correctly. Any ideas what is causing this. Thanks, Enrique

Both carbs are matched pairs in very good condition.
