Adrenalin documentary

It's a great video, if you don't have it Turner Motorsports sells the NTSC version. The film has footage from the 1800TiSa to The Art Cars competing at LeMans and the E30 M3s of the 80s. with excellent inteviews with the drivers.

Racing footage

It's on my want list. Part of me thinks it'll be great, the other half thinks all the great clips are already shown in the trailer....

Either way, IMHO it's worth buying for the trailer alone

I'm home sick so i watched this yesterday. It's pretty good! Lots of footage of vintage BMW's, both racing and up close. The procar series is explained, both how it came to be and who raced. A lot of discussion from Stuck on their constant antics and practical jokes.

The Standard definition version is $4 to rent on Amazon (if you have that service). It's also a seven day rental so I'll watch it again.

Great video indeed. Great interviews of Paul Rosche, Johen Neerpasch, Charly Lamm etc...

I would have loved a little more time on how the CSL program was started and how it corresponds with the birth the the Motorsports division. They certainly spend a lot of time on the M3 (and with good reason).

I bought it off Amazon for my son's Xmas. We both enojoyed watching it together over a few nights. Well worth the money.

I won my copy at the MidAmerica02Fest as a door prize :)

Awesome footage, no doubt.

I have to admit that I like the first half better, up through the e30 M3. Agreed that it would be better if they spent more time on the inception of the CSL. Also, they never directly commented on the role
of Alpina or Schnitzer along the way.

Great to see this thread is still serving purpose....:)

I remember visiting Porsche and asking for a documentary style video for sale: there answer...we will work on it (typical)

Why not an official BMW motorsports video? They are the 'Ultimate driving machine' so one would think they would jump at the chance.

Maybe BMW does not want to mess with the status quo....

+1, a must dvd for the BMW fan. Interviews with drivers are great.

Agree that the early tuners got somewhat neglected.

I am going to on-demand this the next time my wife is watching one of her British PBS shows
