Advice on where these seals go

I have the 2 short seals on the attached diagram - number 11. I cannot work out where they go on the bonnet - anyone able to advise or share a photo?

they seal the small gap at the top of the fender (rearward of the 3 strut nuts) to the firewall. I keep them out unless expecting rain on a road trip. I can post a pic this evening.
