out of curiosity, did he ever finish or sell his coupe? i really hope he finally got to enjoy it.

THAT SUCKS! Thanks for posting Mike, although I never met him, I always enjoyed reading his posts. My sister is visiting me for the first time since the folks died and is an architect so kind of struck a chord.

My favorite part of the eulogy is, "In his younger years, he also regularly attended Grateful Dead shows around the globe and was a devoted fan."

Fellow "Dead Head", I know there are a few of us on here...RIP AEARCH! The moniker makes sense now, A.E. Architect. Say hi to Jerry for us! Rock on!

This engine will live on, I bought it from him when he decided to go back to a M30.

Alan and I talked on the phone several times over the years, and I've met a few others that knew him in the LA area. I appreciated his honesty and integrity in our dealings and discussions.
