you would think if there are "lots" of new parts, you might include some indication of what they are ... especially when you are really selling a parts car (by visual description and the notation that its not running, needs some work and body work) ... and its an automatic.
after all, we have seen parts cars start to sell (or have an asking price) of $5k to $6.5k.
so i think if somebody wanted a serious (sweat equity) project, and could actually buy it for a reasonable amount - it might be worth further investigation and see what the condition of the underside really is. but i am highly skeptical of the 99% rust free statement ... perhaps 10 years ago that might have been a true statement.
