Looks like a US Spec 1973 3.0CSA, but I am guessing just to get the guessing game going.
I would say it is Polaris color, original paint, has about 180k miles, and you are the third owner. Carbs were replaced once.
US port of entry was New York. How many wrong?

All Georgia car, no rust, really.
Polaris was the original color. Now Porsche "GT3" silver. Originally it was an automatic.
Current mileage 118k, but it hasn't moved under its own power since 10/ 1990.
