Full disclosure, this eBay listing is mine.

This is an original 1974 Alpina deadpedal for a left hand drive 3.0CS/CSL BMW E9.

I own such a car but following the restoration I decided not to install the deadpedal even though I know that it is a very rare item.

If you are interested to know the car that it came from, follow this link, http://www.theALPINAregister.com/photos/B2/-/coupe/4310155

I am not sure if this deadpedal is appropriate for any other model BMW than the E9.

There are no distinct markings or part numbers, but I assure you (as I am the second owner of the car) that this is an original.

Of course this is not a new item, it is not damaged but there are some minor scratches that can be cleaned up. This was used for ~30years afterall.

I will ship anywhere, but the buyer pays for shipping.

If I didn't already have a rest, I'd be swinging at this...the pedal's holes would be a nice match to the holes in my steering wheel!... tempting ;-)

Dead pedals are very comfortable items to have. A great creature comfort for long trips, traffic, et al... and of course very functional for spirited runs. This is a nice period correct option. A rare bird for sure. Think someone around here made a small batch of nice copies a while back.

good luck!
