on the basis of rather low ground clearance on the setup on my coupe.... I have made a bid for the spoiler (genuine or not) in the event (heaven forbid) that I need a backup...

Probably because its not allowed to sell a repro with the "company" logo on it. If you email the seller he is pretty forthright about what it is.
