They are TUV approved and their Alpina style wheel appears to be with cover (that you can leave off).

They do look nice. Seems they have a bunch of different repro wheels.
These have been discussed on this forum before, they are a great bargain. There is some minor casting differences between these and the real Alpina's but it takes a trained eye.
I struggled with the decision for a month to buy these, true Alpina's, or rebuild the FPS 14"ers. I settled for the 14's but love the look of 16.
FYI- I paid around $500 to sandblast, straighten, and powder coat a set of 5 old wheels.

The spokes on these appear in the pics to be more squared or sharper.
