Ansa SuperSprint Midpipe Exhaust Resonators not mine

Will this fit any e3? I have replaced my original engine in my 72 with M30b35, I assume it will, but seller’s statement confused me. Any guidance appreciated.

Of course not. The 3.4/3.5 litre engine has a single cylinder capacity nearly 20% larger than a 2.8 litre. It will exhale a lot more gas per time. This piece was designed specifically for the 2.5/2.8 litre, it will hardly work properly on other engines or only at low revs. Also unclear is if the resonating waves here fit the torque curves of anything but 2.5/2.8. Lastly, a sports resonator alone will have little effect if paired with stock manifolds and final silencer.

To say something ridiculous, yes, it will fit under any E3. But that's not what you asked.
