Anybody recognize this M30 camshaft?

This is a long shot, but I found a camshaft for sale locally, seller says it's a hot camshaft for an M30, but he doesn't have any knowledge of what it actually is, so I guess he's just hoping it's a hot camshaft.

I did a fair share of googling but didn't find anything useful from the text and numbers on it.

So, anybody happen to recognize it?

db stands for dbilas (see http://www.regalautosport.com/shop/Dbilas_Flowmaster_Intake_Kit_for_Corsa_D_1_4T_Black_Edition.html)
but the marking could have been made by anybody...

The other numbers are puzzling, 31E cannot be 31 Euros because these go for 300-400 dollars, and DR3k cannot possibly mean Don't Rev above 3k...
