What struck me as doubly amazing about that clip was that he remains standing on the roof of the car. If this accident had happened in a western country, the car's driver would have instinctively braked, dumping the motorcyclist on the hood. But in Belarus, where this sort of thing happens all the time, the driver probably just thought "oh, a motorcycle just rear ended me and now the guy's on my roof...hmm, wonder what's on the radio?"
