I'm looking around for alternative seats to fit into my Pagoda restomod. The factory seats in most Mercedes of the era have always been a huge bummer to me both in terms of comfort and aesthetics. I've always liked the look of the rally buckets fitted into the factory rally car as well as the look of the early 190SL seats and 300SL seats. I thought maybe these new 101s might look cool, unless anyone has any suggestions?

(BTW, test fitting of M112 a few weeks ago as an aside: https://www.facebook.com/EuropeanSt...into-a-1964-mercedes-benz-2/4069810696603284/)

i would try to find a nice set of scheel 401s - those are extremely comfortable and if you recover them you can really make them look like they belong in a MB
