AVOID all of these scam artists, they are one in the same. They bid up there own auctions of the rusty junk they sell ... with all the disclaimers and !!!!!!

Seems like he is having a hard time unloading some of his cars. At $15K, a car with old rust issues but a nice interior isn't a scam IMO. The eBay practices are still disappointing however.
until he and his cohorts bid it up to a 22k car. that's where the scam begins with this guy. if its a BIN price of 15k, then its just how bad it really is.
1 bid @ 15k ..Has not met reserve.
