Anyone know anything about Bimmerfest East

Reading Bimmer mag and they mentioned Bimmerfest is being held for the first time in the East at Aberdeen, Maryland August 6. Not too far from Baltimore.

Anyone know what the format is or can anyone comment on West Coast variant?

Bimmer Fest East is open to all Bimmers. I've never been to a Bimmer Fest West (or East) so I can't tell you what the difference is between the two events. I imagine that both events would be very similar (with the exception of the rustier east-coast cars) The following link should answer any of your questions.

The real name of this event should be Testosteronefest! Lots of bling, 1000W stereos, carbon fibre (or faux carbon) and 20" wheels. Been to 2 in Santa Barbara and won't be going back, no dedicated vintage/classic section, every entrant fends for themselves.
