This car is in the vicinity of Yorba Linda, a friend of mine is considering purchasing it. Anyone know the car?

Looks like it needs a good amount of bodywork, nose and hood replaced, repairs done in the rear? With pictures this fuzzy I would think there is something the seller may not want to divulge until he has you within wallet distance.
