Anyone know this car?Black CS in San Luis Obispo

Joined us for a BMWCCA drive Sunday in the Pozo area, a very nice young man who attends Cal Poly. The car was near original with the stock 14" alloys, in very nice shape.

I believe he is from North Carolina, and there is another coupe in the family plus two Austin-Healeys. Anyone know them? I'd like to make contact as he runs with a local driving club at the school, a number of BMW's in their group.

Thanks, its time I stopped by to see Rob anyway. I'm the local contact for BMWCCA, which really translates into "driving tour director." Lots of curvy back roads to enjoy near San Luis Obispo and Santa Maria with little CHP presence - they're too busy writing tickets on 101.

We are originally from Tacoma and moved to CA in 1976, love that sunshine! I'll be in Puyallup in August for a 50th H.S. reunion and plan to visit the LeMay Museum.

Nice - I went to Cal Poly before Rob opened his shop.
Probably a good thing for my wallet (I had a 2002 in school).

I'm from the Monterey area. I lost count of the number of times I took Hwy 1 back and forth. LOVE that road. When I get down there these days, I still enjoy driving it - Even if I am in my F250 PSD.
