The fenders look a lot like the ones I am trying to restore so I have a few questions to the owner.

I tried that but I wrote the plate as GRN 864N but after reading your post I tried again searching GRN864N with out the space and found the pics before fenders.

I was wondering if they were an old modification like the ones on mine, but it seems they are not.

the fenders on my car are steel and were done in between 72-74.
