Anyone recommend an E9 specialist in the south of England?

From what I hear in the summer the South of England extends to Spain, so you can consider DeQuincey...

yeah, bilbao is quite a "british style" city ! probably some will know that our soccer team "athletic club of bilbao" is the oldest soccer team in spain (and that was inspired by those english engineers that came to bilbao in the nineteenth century to work in the steel industry)
but i think that your sentence should be somehow modified a bit: "From what I hear in the summer the South of England extends to the south of Spain " , ha, ha, ha
regarding the car business, sorry but i do not accept more orders right now, in fact i am dealing with three e9´s, apart from mine, i have an engine rebuild ongoing, and a general tuning of a CSI, friends, you know you can not get rid of them... ;-))
There is a guy near me in Rickmasnworth - Autobahn services who has a lovely restored ceylon csi. He will definitely know what he is looking at.
I use Phil Crouch at CPC to look after the 840 and have found him to be absolutely excellent - he is well up to speed on electronics so pertronix and old fashioned electronic ignition wiull not phase him. He is in CHorleywood.
Both of them are junction 18 of the m25.

Yes, I was about to say extends to Andalucia...
Incidentally soccer was also introduced to some South American countries by the English railroad workers... Unfortunately the pilgrims came here too early to bring us the beautiful game.
Do post some pictures of the three E9s in your care. We thought there were only two E9s in the whole of Spain.
unfortunately i can not post pics without the written consent of the owners, but i can tell you that both of them, and mine too, are original e9's, including having spanish license plate since their childhood, one from madrid, and the other one from barcelona
the csi will receive some minor work as part of a general tuning, but the cs is under intensive sheet metal work and painting together with a complete engine rebuild (of which i am taking care personally)
i have invited both owners to join this excellent forum, but the are reluctant to do so, probably due to the necessary use of english language
we three are engaged in a spanish bmwclassic forum in which i can count up to 6 coupes and 2 e3's, and that is probably only the peak of the iceberg, i guess the e9 population in spain will be around 20 to 30 cars, yeah it is only a guess !

+1 on Mark. He is an expert on E9's. I live in Berkshire and go to him for work on my CSL.
