Anyone use this PAC device for electronics behaviour?

I can see this being used for:

• one touch up/down power windows
• dome light delay
• alarm lighting
• headlight delay if you have an alarm

Never seen anything like that in the UK. Could also be used for remote keyless central locking? (with added actuators)
Or a hidden immobiliser circuit?
