Anyone willing to check an E9 South of SF?

Is there anyone willing to check out a restored E9 FS on craigslist (San Francisco, Belmont to be specific)? I've got time to fly out to see it next week, but wanted to have someone local see it to confirm condition before I cough up the dough to by a ticket.

Alternatively, are there any shops in the South Bay area you would recommend to do a PPI?
