Here is the deal, I plan to put a part for sale every week, like the special on the menu at a restaurant. Eclectic Coupe parts from my garage, good pedigree, made in the FRG or vicinity.

The catch is that the next part is only posted when the previous one sells...Like the special at a restaurant...FIFO.

Stay tuned. Starting this week-end.

The kitchen is working on a few Amuse-Bouches.
Menu is əˈklektik/.

Here is the first, starting easy with small bites.

Parts 62141352334 and 61121811441 listed as NLA by Realoem http://www.realoem.com/bmw/enUS/showparts?id=3436-USA-04-1972-E9-BMW-30CS&diagId=62_0335

A beautiful gear position indicator! Yes, before Verona had surgery to become Veron she was an automatic!
All position bulbs are included and working.

10 US $ + shipping. This can find automotive and decorative uses around the house or the office and most importantly has to move so I can post the next and more significant parts.

What is your return policy? I ask in the event the surgery is botched and I decide go back from being Arthur to being Martha.

Given the current brouhaha over gender, bathrooms, surgeries(pre and post), birth certificates - I could go on and on but I will spare you, which BAY does Veron, use and has he? had any problems.

My solution to this problem: tear out all the urinals in the men's rooms, replace them with stalls, remove the current signs, replace with BATHROOM. Problem solved. Right!!!

Those ladies are not going to want me standing in the co ed bathroom. My aim is not what it used to be. Standing will be outlawed.

Mike, one surgical direction is easier than the other, so if you decide to reverse it, the sum of the surgeries is less than two surgeries.

It was at Surgeon Don's place yesterday (installing a new alternator on the Fulvia) and he was pitching to me and to others his latest contribution to said surgery:

Don has just come up with a method for correcting one of the most vexing problems of the automatic to manual surgery, the stick is not presented exactly in the right place. Don can elaborate on details but this is quite recent, the idea came up last week during his daughter's piano lesson. Music and the creative brain...

Could it be that Arde only has one part to sell and that he has again led us all astray? ;) It may take months/years to sell such a rare and sought after piece. I could donate the even rarer front seat belt indicator light to your collection. ;)

Fearing Stan will make a run of 25 automatic gear indicators, I will preempt competition by lowering my price to $5 + shipping. For local pickup I will throw in an Illy espresso with cardamom and a preview of the next item.

Act now, operators standing by.

But wait - there's more!!
The winner of the Arde weekly auction will receive FREE the uber rare and coveted buzzer relay!
Call now!

I am waiting for him to throw in the Juice-o-Matic and the 12 slice toaster with the Weather Band Radio.

The next part is about to be announced in less than 12 hours.
Don't move.

Here is the next part, like Stan forecasted we are staying with the dash theme:

A beautiful VDO temp/gas instrument as shown in the picture!
It includes:

- intact wiring harness
- the 2W instrument illumination wires/socket/bulbs for adjacent instruments
- bulbs for the instrument's four idiot's lights
(idiot not included, it is pretty easy to find one on your own).

My first item never sold, so I am shifting to a "recursive" business model,
and like they say in computer science in order to understand recursion you need to understand recursion...

Both the VDO instrument AND the first week's indicator offered for $50 plus shipping from Cupertino, where iPhones come from.

I can scribble Ikea style installation instructions so even the idiot you found can install them.

Nota benne: Although the instrument has four idiot lights you do not need four idiots, one is sufficient.

Today's part is inspired by father's day.

It quietly does it job, gets pulled by large forces in opposite directions, and is the anchor for the stability of that household-on-wheels we call a car. The sway bar.

When it comes to gifts that last forever, a diamond for a woman, and a sway bar for a man.

These are the stock sway bars from my Verona. For $60 plus shipping from Cupertino the bundle includes a pair of front and rear sway bars and last week's VDO instrument.

If i have not swayed you yet, let me add that the huddled masses get iPhones from Cupertino, the select few get sway bars from Cupertino.

Happy father's day!
