Are these needed when fitting bilsteins

hi guys
I am looking for advice again.
I’m just wondering when I am rebuilding my front struts using bilstein inserts do I need to use these parts or not ?

Okay , they don’t fit , so I’d say that is a NO anyway.
I asked my question too soon.

Here’s another question instead , I am getting a gap between my new gland nut and the top of my strut , is that normal ?

Gap is fine, no bump stops. Make sure the tiny drainage holes in the strut housing at the flange base are not painted shut.
 
Barry , your definitely not the first to make the mistake of ordering those along with the Bilstein's

W&N should really add a note in the description that they do not fit the Bilstein's

Yes that would make sense alright , it might not be to good for sales targets though ;)
