you can have the area Brendan ... the big white area on the right side of the center of the circle is the federal penitentiary. i don't think the two of them are worth 17k ... or at least i wouldn't pay that for them.

I use to work near the bluff , I have seen it all . but if I came home with those cars before I finish other projects Ill wish I was I the pen . ahaha
