Guys, I'm trying to help out a friend who has a 2006 Audi A4 ( 2 litre quattro ). He's been told he needs a new water pump and timing belt . Does anyone know if there is a BMW equivalent of REALoem for Audi where you can punch in your VIN and source the relevant part numbers ? In any event, from a quick Google search it seems there are kits available that include water pump and timing belt but need help to identify correct one. Thanks, Simon

I used Shokan in upstate NY when I owned an A6. They are kinda the Double02 salvage of Audi's. They sell new parts too, maybe they can help.

Audi's typically have a sticker on the trunk floor somewhere that calls out the engine code (and more). Its a three letter code and is probably needed to order parts.

Wow!!! I have always been impressed by the wealth of knowledge on this site. But here where we are not talking Classic BMW or even BMW you are the go-to-guys.
