Doesn't look too bad but the one photo of the engine bay indicates there are inner fender issues as well as the regular rust areas.

I’ve not seen a AC controls/panel like that before. Is it standard (that I’ve not seen before) or some sort of after market panel?
 
In regards to the white CS its all together ,a plus ,but it needs everything.That said I would be very surprised if this car sold for less than mid thirties, probably more.
