Auto not holding in Park...?

suddenly, as I'm about to go off on a classic run, switch off and she wont hold in park, topped up the fluid, any incline and she rolls....gear change is smooth, reverses, changes up and down, but..
and then tried her in First, same thing, forgot she was in first, and she started??
can it be adjusted?

(73 3.0 CSA) think its the ZF 3HP 22

Then if needed check and adjust the pawl which is inside.

Thanks, I'll try that, what concerns me is that she started in 1st Gear..
while I'm busy, if anyone else has any ideas, suggestions gratefully accepted.!

I had the ZF when I got the car and the selector had lots of play and would do that. Linkage and a torn circlip were the culprits then.
