Auto to 3.5 Manual Conversion UK

Does anyone know anyone who does this conversion in the UK, I am based in Hampshire. I already have the 3.5 motor + 5 speed dog leg from a 635CSi manual car, peddle box assembly, shifter housing

Need to get an idea of cost, would also like to use the full EFi set up from the 635 and also should I use the diff from the 635?

Regarding the 635 differential, the choice depends on the year of the 635. If it was built after 9/81, the diff won't fit your E9 without major modification.
