I've used Interstate for years now, with pretty good success even for the cars which sit 99% of the time.

Doesn't bother me any, but apparently I am in the minority here these days.

I think I have group 24 batteries, but will have to check.

Few things worse than a coupe that makes no noise. Also partial to Interstate for a long time. Hope you are well, otherwise. Dave

Per a response to one of my own questions, group 47 is correct. Interstate coupons are often available thru Firestone, etc.

You can even pull off the unneeded Interstate decals and just leave a small strip with the month/year of puchase on top (along with your receipt) and have a nice clean battery. The same battery fits in the 2002, just turned 180 degrees.
