If the car is in the same place as the license plate on the car, then it is in the state of Maine, USA
(probably inaccessible due to snow or already snapped up by Rob the hack mechanic)

Not so fast restart.....the discussion was about csi's and CSL's

A 73 fuel injection head is valuable. Carbureted not so much.
Injection cars were not available in the US except by personal import.
Bavarians don't have injection heads until late 74 in the US.
A Bav '73 head is carbureted.

Ok, you are right, I am less right:p
Thanks for pointing out the location. May be something to do with my location in Canada, but the listing only says US for me?..Maine is Too far away for me....

I just put it t there cuz it may be a good pars car for a bav owner, less so for a couper.
I have taken pars of my bav parts car for the coupe many times..

Can't the carb head be used for FI with minimal mods?

This Bav was bid up to $1700 the last time it was listed. Owner sent me a message on Facebook that he has lost his storage space and needs to sell. $2500 buys the car.

Winter unfortunately is a tough time to sell a '70s BMW in Maine.

Doesn't seem to have a reserve? Or is that just my canadian version of eBay again:-x

Is there a bavaria registry?
