Looks intriguing.
I think Albany was where I registered/titled my car. The DMVs required appointments to do anything because of Covid. Most of the ones in Portland were just closed all together. So I took a little drive down to Albany.

$7500 with no keys? Not drivable. Rust in the c-pilars. Nice project. Great color combo. But seller paid less than $1K when he pulled it out from under a tarp last month. He tidied it up a bit and is looking for a $6K profit. My compliments if he gets it

If I were in the market and $5k wasn't enough I'd definitely move on now. Seems like the trend for some of these is to go back and forth from ebay to CL with the ad copy getting angrier each time.
