My welding team are concerned about the bodyshell on the car being out of true. They want it to go onto a jig to ensure all is straight before embarking on new floors and the wheelarch modifications for the wide bodykit from Zaprace. the shell is currently in Waltham Cross 150 miles from me and I was wondering if anyone in the UK knows of a reputable car body shop or company who can look at twist and bend things back into the correct shape

If I remember correctly, wasn't there someone on this forum that put an e9 bodyshell in a jig and twisted it back to "factory" spec? And the result was that every body panel bent and warped so much they needed to be replaced?
I would be very careful doing that as every e9 body was a bit different than each other, so there is no baseline or "factory spec".
