Certainly one of the most honest. Reminds me of the dealer who advised in an ebay ad to be up to date with tetanus shots if you were going to look at a certain car.
The scary part is that there are 14 bids
The honesty in the ad may make the potential buyers comfortable that he is not hiding anything!
